The respiratory therapist performs regular assessments of the patient’s condition and coordinates with the physician in updating the plan of care according to the patient’s needs.
Provides Respiratory Care Therapists:
1 Home treatment using oxygen tubes.
2 Nebulizer therapy.
3 Treatments with a continuous positive air pump and a respirator.
4 Chest physical therapy at home.
5 Family and patient education to promote optimal pulmonary health.
